This marks a major policy shift, as Broadcom had previously discontinued the free ESXi offering following its acquisition of VMware—a decision that led many users to explore alternative platforms. The announcement, tucked away in the official release notes, states: “Broadcom makes available the VMware vSphere Hypervisor version 8, an entry-level hypervisor. You can download it free of charge from the Broadcom Support portal.” This move is sure to spark renewed interest in VMware ESXi among users and businesses alike.   VM အတွက် resource usage limit သတ်မှတ်ပေးလိုက်တဲ့အခါ : ·          VM ဟာ သတ်မှတ်ထားတဲ့ limit ထက် resource တွေကို အသုံးပြုခွင့်မရှိတော့ပါဘူး။ ·          Host system က resource ပိုလျော့နေတယ်ဆိုရင်တောင် , VM ဟာ သတ်မှတ်ထားတဲ့ limit နဲ့ကန့်သတ်ခံနေရတတ်ပါတယ်။ ·          ဒီလိုဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် , ပိုမိုအသုံးဝင်စွမ်းဆောင်နိုင်တဲ့ resource တွေကို ကောင်းစွာ အသုံးမချနိုင်ဘဲ idle ဖြစ်နေတတ်ပါတယ်။ ဥပမာအနေဖြင့် : Host system မှာ CPU 40GHz ရှိတယ်၊ သင့် VM ကို CPU usage limit 10GHz သတ်မှတ်ထားတယ်လို့ယူပါစို့။ ·          VM ဟာ မိမိ workload အတွက် 10GHz ထက်ပိုလိုအပ်တာမျိုးဖြစ်လာရင် , သတ်မှတ်ထားတဲ့ 10GHz limit ပြည့်တဲ့အထိပဲ resource ကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်တယ်။ ·          Host မှာ ကျန်နေတဲ့ 30GHz ဟာ အချို့ workload မရှိဘဲ idle ဖြစ်နေတတ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါက resource wastage ကို ဖြစ်စေတယ်။ ...
